The site works fine overall, but it took me a little longer than I expected to find a few hair products. The menus are alright, just not always super clear. Search definitely helps, but the filters could be Better. Not bad though, just could use a little cleanup.

"Looks legit, but I’m still a bit unsure"
I ordered a wig and, to be fair, it arrived faster than I expected. The hair feels very similar to the brand I normally purchase, and the tags were included, so nothing immediately stood out as questionable or fake.
That said, the box was a little banged up, and the scent was different from the last one I bought. It could just be from storage or shipping, I’m not sure. I might order again, but I’m not fully confident about the authenticity yet.

"Shipping was just okay"
the shipping from hairsoflyshop.com was just okay. It wasn’t awful or anything, but it definitely wasn’t super quick either. My order showed up a few days later than I expected, but the package arrived in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the tracking updates had been a little clearer...

"Wishlist is helpful, but it could work a little better"
I do like having the wishlist because I’m the kind of person who needs to save a few wigs and think about them before buying. It makes browsing easier for me, especially when I’m comparing styles. But I’ve noticed sometimes the items don’t stay saved, or I end up having to log back in again, which gets a little annoying. It’s not a huge problem, and I still use it, but if I’m taking the time to save something, I just expect it to still be there later.

The search itself works well, but the filters missed a few things for me. I’m always a little wary of being fooled by results that look right at first glance, so it was frustrating having to double-check stuff I thought the filters had already narrowed down

Checkout did work in the end, but it was just kind of slow to load. I also had to enter my shipping info again once, which was a bit annoying. Not a huge deal, just feels like the site could be smoother.

"Really nice hair so far"
I ordered from hairsoflyshop.com the hair looked really good when it came in. It was soft straight out of the pack and didn’t have that weird smell that some hair has, which was a relief…
I’ve worn it a few times now and it’s still holding up well. There hasn’t been much shedding either, so I really don’t have any complaints right now. I’m happy with the quality and would probably order again…

"Return took a little time, but I got my refund"
Not gonna lie, I was a bit disappointed when the wig showed up because the color looked different in person than I expected. I ended up returning it, and the steps were easy to follow, though I did have to wait a few days to hear back from them.
Once they received the package, the refund went back to my card without any issues. It wasn’t the fastest return process ever, but everything worked out fine in the end, and I’d still shop there again...

"Wow, a package that actually survived shipping"
My order showed up packed really well, and somehow nothing was damaged. The box was clean too, which is apparently a luxury these days. No complaints at all

"Good variety, but stock could be better"
Hairsoflyshop has a good selection overall, especially for wigs, crochet hair, and braiding hair. I actually found a few brands and colors I don’t usually see on other sites, which was a nice surprise.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because a couple of the items I really wanted were out of stock, so I had to settle for my second choice. I’d probably order again, but if the stuff I like keeps being unavailable, I might start looking somewhere else.

"Review photos weren’t that helpful"
I was really hoping the customer photos would make it easier to choose the right wig, but a lot of them were blurry, too dark, or just didn’t show enough detail.
Some reviews didn’t really show the hairline or the true color clearly, so I was still not sure how to explain it, kind of guessing what it would actually look like in person.
The order itself was okay, but I do wish the photo reviews were better. They didn’t give me as much confidence as I expected before buying.

I had placed an order and didn’t think much about it at first, since most of the time you just wait and hope it shows up when it’s supposed to. The site was easy enough to use, and after I checked out, things were straightforward. What I ended up appreciating was that they actually sent updates along the way, like when the order was confirmed and again when it shipped. It’s a small thing, but it made it easier to know what was going on without having to keep checking myself. The package arrived when I expected it to, and overall it was just a nice, easy experience.

signing up on Hairsofly Shop was really simple. The pages loaded just fine, and I was able to make my account without running into anything weird. The confirmation email came through quickly too, so overall it was easy and not complicated at all, which I appreciated.

I liked that hairsoflyshop.com had a few different payment choices when I got to checkout... it just made the whole thing feel easier and less stressful.
I ended up using my card, and it went through fast. No confusing extra steps, no random issues... the page was easy to follow the whole way through.
